At POL Contracts we understand that not only must we provide a superior service on each and every task that we complete, we must also keep an accurate and up-to-date set of records relating to each project.
In order to ensure that we were complying with best practice in relation to records management we use an online system which was developed specifically for our needs. The system allows our employees to record up to the minute details and photographs of tasks carried out. Our clients can access their projects via our portal and produce reports showing the real time information.
In 2015 POL Contracts won an FBD award for “Best Use of IT” for the implementation of our online record management system.
